Voiceover and Studio Booking

London-based Atlas Translations has a large database of voiceover artists working in a multitude of different languages, dialects and accents. Our artists are located throughout the world, so we can always find suitable artists as close to your venue as possible.

We can also work on all other aspects of your recording including:

  • transcribing the original master
  • translating the script
  • inserting time codes
  • use of our recording studios in London
  • supplying technicians and producers
  • checking existing subtitles on-site in all languages

Our rates are calculated by the hour (plus travel costs) and depend on the language or languages required. We can also advise on usage fees if a voiceover artist's work is going to be broadcast.

Atlas Translations offers a full and comprehensively priced studio service – using all the latest digital technology. Our voiceover artists can work on

  • TV/radio commercials and trailers
  • computer games
  • corporate videos
  • TV features
  • training and educational materials
  • telephone announcements
  • airport messages
  • lift announcements, and so on.

Our Project Managers will help you to cast and select voices, arrange translations/script transcription in English as necessary and schedule studio sessions right through to delivery of final media.

If you need prices for studio work, please do not hesitate to contact us. We just need to know a few details about the project.

We also run Voiceover Courses and can supply a great book about working as a Voiceover artist - contact Gilles @ atlas-translations.co.uk for more information!

Case Study 1
London-based Atlas Translations was chosen to provide voiceovers in French, German, Spanish and Italian of in-flight safety instructions.  The airline required authoritative, reassuring and clear voices for the assignment.  Atlas Translations provided a shortlist of voices in each of the languages on CD for the client to choose from.  The selected voiceover artists were praised for their professionalism as they had practiced their scripts in advance of the recording session, thus saving the client studio time.

Case Study 2
London-based Atlas Translations was commissioned to supply voiceover artists for a computer game. The languages required were French, German, Spanish and Italian. The client chose which voices they wanted to use from the MP3 demo CD we had supplied. Once we had translated the script from English into French, German, Spanish and Italian, Atlas Translations booked the sound studio closest to three of the voiceover artists to keep travelling costs to a minimum. The fourth voiceover artist performed his voiceover from Spain via an ISDN link.
