We are proud to hold both current ISO 9001:2000 certification and the BS EN 15038 Standard for Translation Services as a measurement of our commitment to quality. These internationally recognised awards measure our standards in Quality Management Systems and procedures, allowing us to be at the forefront of service and customer care.
London-based Atlas Translations is a member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting, the Association of Translation Companies and the Society for Editors and Proofreaders. These bodies monitor the qualifications and competence of members, and define codes of practice.
We recruit the best linguists and will only work with suppliers who can prove their background and competency in the service they provide. The criteria are strict, and designed only to include those who have the qualifications and experience to undertake the work to the high standard London-based Atlas Translations demands.
Atlas Translations work to a strict Quality Policy which aims to ensure that its services meet the needs of its customers at all times in accordance with its contractual requirements, policies and procedures.
The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the in-house Quality Procedures Manual.
All personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Quality Procedures Manual. Each member of staff has access to a copy of this Quality Procedures Manual (QPM).
Atlas Translations constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
